Private Events

Bachelorette weekend
  • Build your own cocktail bar with mixers, liquors, garnishes, and flavored simple syrups (Rosemary, lavender, mint, basil, rhubarb), plus recipe booklet
  • Appetizers Day 1: Thyme and honey brie dip, candied tomatoes with fresh ricotta, manchego with brown butter honey, smoked cheddar cheese straws,  marinated olives, assorted cheeses, crackers, bread, grapes, and nuts
  • Dinner Day 1: Penne with vodka sauce, Caesar salad, red wine chocolate cake, goat cheesecake with pineapple
  • Breakfast Day 2: Blueberry muffins with lemon thyme butter, orange yogurt with maple olive oil granola and fruit, mimosas
  • Lunch Day 2: Chicken salad sandwiches with brie, cranberry, and apple; roasted tomato, mozzarella, and spinach salad; chocolate sandwich cookies and lemon lavender thumbprints
  • Appetizers day 2: Roasted tomatillo guacamole, jalapeno popper dip,  fried pickles with chipotle dip
  • Dinner Day 2: Korean beef short rib tacos with cucumber salad, sesame noodle salad, chocolate soufflé cupcakes with white chocolate mint whipped cream and salted caramel sauce
  • Brunch Day 3: Lemon poppy seed sweet rolls, spinach and gruyere strata, limoncello basil fruit salad


Post-Wedding Brunch
  • Baked praline French toast
  • Egg, sausage, and vegetable pie with hash brown crust
  • Candied bacon
  • Champagne oranges
  • Currant scones with lemon curd
  • Balsamic strawberries with ricotta mascarpone mousse
  • Bellini bar with strawberry, raspberry, and peach purees


Social Club Meeting
  • Italian sausage lasagnas

  • Arugula salad with bacon, avocado, and basil vinaigrette
  • Lemon mint fennel slaw
  • Brownies: bourbon cherry, peanut butter, and spiced

Tea Party
  • Assorted finger sandwiches on fresh brioche: roast beef with horseradish cream, radish and lemon herb butter, chicken salad with apple and brie, goat pimento cheese with cucumber
  • Currant scones with lemon curd, clotted cream, and candied cherries
  • Assorted desserts: chocolate truffles, whole wheat hemp seed shortbread, and coconut crisps


Wine Tour Picnic
  • Breakfast: potato basil frittata, raspberry oat bars, mixed fruit
  • Lunch: pressed Italian sandwiches, kale salad with marcona almonds and pecorino, carrot salad with harissa and feta, lemon ricotta tiramisu
  • Snacks: cheddar crackers, rosemary cashews, dark chocolate trail mix


Wedding Hors D’oeuvres
  • Parmesan prosciutto gougeres
  • Caramelized onion, mushroom, and blue cheese tart with red wine caramel
  • Roasted shrimp with lemon horseradish sauce
  • Crostini bar with fresh ricotta, whipped feta, herbed goat cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, red wine onion jam, minted fennel relish, and crispy prosciutto
